Hi! My name is Raquel, My friends call me Raq or Daphne cause they find it hard to pronounce my name with a Q. My family calls me Aquita/Akita. You can choose whatever nick you prefer to call me. I am a Baker by profession, sometimes a Chef to others (my students), an Entrepreneur to some, (I own GinQuelRuS Pastries) and a friend to most. I was invited to do a LIVE demo for studio 23 breakfast club. the theme was Halloween, they asked me to do cup cakes. ;) .
